In an effort to uplift our community in Steenberg, we have created a large, indigenous garden, as well as a food garden, on a vacant lot in a residential area. The project started in 2009 and now has a food garden producing organic vegetables. We need help with maintaining the gardens and would be keen to hear from anyone who would like to help us on a part-time basis.
